MEET KAY FINFROCK!

 One year ago Kay came in for an assessment. She had the usual warnings that she did not want to get overly built BUT have a body that could handle a large workload. I ensured her that in 6 months (that if she were to be diligent with her workouts and follow Joanie's nutritional advice) that I could get her into a shape that she would be proud of literally.

Here is 6 months into her routine. Her Dr. was proud of her blood panels and deemed her healthy overall. Her regiment is mathematically calculated and her weight room circuit training is designed within her autonomic nervous system.

RESULT: She never complains of being sore from weight training. She still looks feminine. She can handle her daily workload physically and mentally.

Kay has just completed #30 reps of 100 pound dead-lifts which is another part of her training.

100 pounds is the maximum load limit for females at Healthy Connections.

 

Here is a blushing Kay after punching "Bob" our human like punching bag for #2400 alternating punches for 30 minutes as part of her individualized exercise plan.

So, I, David Gillespie insisted on a Bathing Suit Edition. Our office manager took these great photos of her. After MUCH resistance, she finally allowed Healthy Connections to display THE END RESULT of all the hard work she put forth. Kay is now going on her 3rd YEAR.
