Hi,
I'm David Gillespie. This message is for anyone who is concidering weight training and perhaps has heard negative things about weight lifting. 1st of all, no one ever has to get injured in a gym environment. Each participant is given a Health Status Questionairre and all past and present medical & physical issues are addressed before any sessions take place. If no medical clearance is required we then begin a Strength/Endurance assessment of your physiological abilities. You create the test results of which your program will be designed specifically for you. Everyone responds differently within a gym enviroment. You will be protected from gym hazzards such as overtraining, glucose drops, soft tissue injuries and your overall Autonomic Nervous System will be monitored each session. If you are a Diabetic, you should have a Drs. Release to Exercise and bring a test kit to monitor glucose uptake during first few weeks of training.
We provide HVAC and FANS to move the air around you to keep you cool.
Each session provides you with personal attention by your trainer.
Stations are set up for you and you are directed station to station.
Session records are maintained each workout to track your progress.
